Description :	I am a mother of three children, one of which is Autistic. Through intense speech and occupational therapy, biomedical treatment, and diet intervention, I recovered my son from the downward spiral of Autism. The entire process began with eliminating a protein called Gluten which is in up to 95% of today\'s foods. Celiac disease is also flared by gluten and must be eliminated for those suffering. I am tired of going to grocery store after grocery store, reading labels, looking for food to feed my son. I would love to be able to provide other family\'s like ours with an entire store filled with only gluten-free foods. The peace of mind in knowing that we could buy anything in the store for our children and loved ones, and at significantly reduced cost due to an increased inventory. I am not looking for a handout, but a means to begin providing a growing population of gluten intolerance with peace of mind.
