Featured Workerteer: Ernst Oddsund

Ernst Oddsund has more than 20 years experience in the software/Internet industry. He has led the product management function in three start-up companies. Under his leadership, the teams delivered numerous products, services and solutions to market. As a co-founder of Digibug, a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider and an application service provider (ASP) of e-commerce technologies for the online photo market, Ernst led the organization through growth and contraction, culminating in the sale of the assets of the company. Before joining the start-up world, he held marketing, sales and consulting positions at Lotus/IBM, mainly in the collaboration and knowledge management areas.
